MediaPal is an advertisement network and Demand-Side Platform (DSP) that connects advertisers with publishers. Our Service enables clients, including advertisers and agencies, to purchase advertising across display, video, native, and mobile formats in an automated fashion.
3. User Accounts and Responsibilities
To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Maintain the security of your password and identification
- Accept all responsibility for activities that occur under your account
- Notify MediaPal immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MediaPal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MediaPal and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

MediaPal may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MobiGlobe LTD. operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
